A short notice, because this site collects almost nothing.

This notice covers rosaverified.com, the public website. The verification service itself runs under contract with each client, and service data is governed by those contracts rather than by this page.
This website
- No cookies, no tracking. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts of any kind.
- No forms, no accounts. There is nothing here to sign into and nothing that asks for your details. The only way to give us personal data through this site is to choose to email us.
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes visitors' IP addresses and request logs transiently to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
If you email us
If you write to [email protected], we hold your name, email address and correspondence for as long as we are in touch, so that we can reply and manage the relationship. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
The verification service
ROSA's check is designed to run on as little data as possible. The tapes we receive carry no names, no full dates of birth and no full addresses. We identify a loan from facts about the loan itself, and the check is designed so that we cannot identify the person behind any loan. How that works is described on the main page.
Your rights
UK data protection law gives you rights over personal data we hold about you, including the rights to access it, correct it and ask us to delete it. To exercise any of them, email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
